common, used in VCRs since the 1980's. All

VHS-C cassette is a 3.5" wide, 2.25"
deep, 1" thick plastic video tape.
This format was used in
consumer-grade camcorders. VHS-C
tapes can be expanded using a mechanical
adapter, which allows them to be played
like full-sized VHS tapes in a
VCR. All video transfers include a
premium DVD disc, professional disc
labeling, and a clear "hollywood" style
DVD case.

8mm cassette is a 3.75" wide, 2.5" deep,
.5" thick plastic video tape. This
format is used in consumer camcorders.
This tape comes in three formats,
all of which Dougntosh can transfer to
DVD: Video8, Hi8, and Digital8. All

MiniDV cassette is a 2.5" wide, 2" deep,
.5" thick plastic video tape. This
compact format is still used today in
small camcorders. All video
